We offer you as our customer full development and realisation of your ideas. The professionals at VDL Kunststoffen can analyse and realise your most complex concepts. They immerse themselves in the subject matter, have extensive knowledge of moulds and materials, can think in terms of projects and dare to explore the technological boundaries with you.

VDL Kunststoffen has a result-oriented project structure. A multidisciplinary project group is available throughout the project. The project proceeds in phases. Before a phase is completed, a number of preconditions and project requirements must be met.

Naturally, a project manager responsible for the project keeps you constantly informed of progress throughout the development process and monitors the results. The result is clear communication at peer to peer level. In short, our professionals guarantee an appropriate answer to even the most complex question.

Project management

The product development process is set up in such a way that you, the customer, can step in at any stage. VDL Kunststoffen can therefore take care of the entire development process for you. You can also outsource your ‘ready-made’ design to us. However, we know from experience that the design always needs (some) modification.
Whatever phase you enter: for each project and/or customer, one project manager will be appointed who will supervise the entire process, up to and including approval of the pilot production. The advantage for you is that you only have one technical partner as your contact. Someone who is also able to translate the requirements into an optimal design.
